William E. Byrd, age 79, of Plantersville, AL passed away October 15, 2007.
Surviving are his wife, Irene Byrd; sons, David (Debbie) Byrd of Autaugaville, AL, Billy Byrd and Ricky (Sabrina) Byrd both of Plantersville, AL; daughters, Sherry Hogan of Plantersville, AL, Teresa (Steven) Olah of Pass Christian, MS and Tammy(Charlie) Thompson of Concord, GA; sisters, Ruth Hughes, Mitzy Jameson, Myrtle Myers and Helen Shead; nineteen grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Friday, October 19, 2007 in Pineview Memory Gardens at 10:00 a.m. with Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be a Military Honor Guard.
