Tanya Rena Patterson age 40 of Clanton, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. She was born October 27, 1979 in Clanton to the late Donnie Patterson and Shirley Smitherman Patterson.
She was a waitress.
She is survived by her daughter, Madalyn "Maddie" Patterson; mother, Shirley Patterson; siblings, Jimmy (Misty) Patterson, Sherry (Donathan) Jacks, and Brandy Phillips; fiance, Marvin Mims; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She is preceded in death by her father, Donnie Patterson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11;00 a.m. from the Old Macedonia Baptist Church in Clanton.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Burial will follow in the Clanton City Cemetery.
