Sara Averett

Sara Ellen Middlebrooks Averett, age 91, of Selma, AL, passed away December 11, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William W. Averett; parents, Will and Della Middlebrooks; son Tim Averett; one sister and nine brothers.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda (Jimmy) Hagood; grandchildren, Susan (Joe) Hornsby, Sherry (Dennis) McDonnell, David (Katie) Hagood, Melissa (Gene) Kim and Jessica (Kim) Quattlebaum; great-grandchildren, Brent (Ruth) Hagood, Bryant (Katie( Hornsby, Katelyn McDonnell, Chris (Jessica) McDonnell, John Paul (Brittni) McDonnell, Braxton Hagood, Lexie Hagood, Summer Hagood, Caleb Kim, Amos Kim and Asher Kim and great-great grandchildren, Brentlee Hagood, Evelyn Hagood, Cash Hornsby and Adalyn McDonnell.
Graveside services will be Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Bro. Gene Kim officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
