Robert "Rocky" Freeman Fitts, Jr.

Robert "Rocky" Freeman Fitts, Jr. of Selma passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the Vaughan Regional MEdical Center in Selma at the age of 65.

He was born in Selma on September 11, 1958 to the late Robert F. Fitts, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Roberts FItts.

Rocky was graduate of Selma and earned his associate's degree from WCCS in electrical.

He is survived by his mother, Mary "Liz" Fitts; siblings, Steve (Bonnie) Fitts and Tina (Mike) Jones; nieces and nephews, Alex (Grant Scott) Fulford, Baily Fulford, Blake (Christi) Fitts; and great-nieces and nephews, Eli McDanal, Emery Fitts, Cruz Moore.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert F. Fitts, Sr..

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Selma Funeral Home with Shane D. Ogle officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
