Shane Simmons, age 38, of Gallatin, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 7, 2021 at TriStar Henderson Medical Center.
Shane was a goofy and fun loving guy who knew how to make people laugh and had the biggest heart in the world. He loved his family, loved his work and loved riding four wheelers.
Shane was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Judy Simmons; grandparents, Andrew T. and Jean Harrison and C.B. and Pullet Simmons, and a cousin, Jennifer Harrison.
He is survived by his wife of twelve years, Sheri Simmons and his children, Dylan and Grayson Simmons and Kiley Hibdon all of TN; brother, Jason Simmons; nieces and nephews, Constance, Charity and Maverick Simmons of Selma, AL; aunts and uncles, Bo and Edie Harrison, Betty and Tim Roberts, and Michael Harrison all of Selma, AL, and four cousins, Rene Harrison Bumpers, Christopher Mills, Noel Harrison Seale and Andrew Harrison all of Selma, AL.
A memorial service will be held at Crosspoint Christian Church on May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Nichols officiating.
