Mary Frances Rainwater, age 79, of Marion Junction, AL, passed away June 27, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Sidney Hershel Rainwater; parents, George Cooper and Mary Eliza Battle; brother, Howell Battle and sisters, June Smith and Margaret Sanders.
Surviving Mrs. Rainwater are three sisters, Georgia Mae Sanfilippo, Edna Looney and Margie Myers; sister-in-laws, Louise Battle and Frances Rainwater, best friend, Judy Ivey and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 30, 2007, 2:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rod Rodchester and Rev. David Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, June 29, 2007 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Nichols, Wayne Nichols, Tom Nichols, John Ivey, David Ivey and Joey Ivey.
