Mark Mason age 59 of Selma, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Providence Hospital in Mobile.
He was born in Bessemer, Alabama on August 18, 1962 to the late John Weston Mason and the late Oleta Doggette Mason.
He was a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark is survived by his wife, Debbie Mason; sons, Weston Mason (Ashley), Walker Mason (Dailey), and Wade Mason; granddaughter, Camryn Mason; a grandson on the way; and mother-in-law, Joy Davis.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Oleta Mason; daughter, Camryn Wynn Mason; and father-in-law, Perry Davis.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 am from the Elkdale Baptist Church with Bro. Buddy Champion officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
Interment will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens in Valley Grande.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 - 11 at Elkdale Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Woody Till, Jim Davis, Richard "Willard" Doggette, George Abrams, Clay Baugh, Joe Barnes, Ed McCurdy, and Todd Sherrer.
Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Son Seekers Sunday School Class at Elkdale Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
