Margie Ann Plummer Smith age 83 of Marion Junction, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Vaughan Regional Center in Selma.
She was born in Perry County, Alabama on October 12, 1937 to the late Iris Plummer and the late Bobbie Nichols Plummer.
She was a former seamstress for the Mapletree Sewing Factory in Maplesville.
She is survived be her children, William R. "Bobby" Roberts, III (Gail) and Thomas Harold Lawrence; grandchildren, Candice Irwin (Justin), William R. "Robert" Roberts, IV, and Tyler Roman Roberts; great-grandchildren, Brody Irwin, Lainey Irwin, Libby Irwin, Brayden Irwin, and Lucy Irwin; siblings, Mary Elizabeth Turner, Martha Aldridge, and William Plummer; daughter-in-law, Cindy Anderson.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Eddie Booth and Elder Smith; grandson, Thomas MacArthur "MacMac" Lawrence; and siblings, Edwin Plummer, Hugh Plummer, and Shirley Taylor.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 am from the Selma Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 am on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Selma Funeral Home.
Private interment will be at Abby Baptist Church Cemetery in Randolph, Alabama.
