Margaret Mitchell Caine age 94 of Selma, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Moundville Health and Rehab in Moundville, Alabama.
She was born in West Blocton, Alabama on May 28, 1926 to the late Frank Schoolar Mitchell and the late Lillian Briles Mitchell.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Caine is survived by her son, Greggory Caine (Becky); daughter, Marlane Caine Banks (Ronnie); grandchildren, Paige Farrish (Philip), Amanda Denmark (Hoyt), Averee Reed (Matt), Parker Smith (Melissa), Haley Smith Ousley (Wade), and Elizabeth Wilson (Terrance); 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Jo Dunn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Crawford Caine; son, Ronald Russell Caine; parents, Frank and Lillian Mitchell; siblings, Annie Muriel Lawley, L.J. Mitchell, Billy Mitchell, Bob Mitchell, Frank Mitchell, and Jack Mitchell.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at New Live Oak Cemetery with Rev. Tom Stacey officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Matt Reed, Philip Farrish, Wade Ousley, Hoyt Denmark, Parker Smith, and Terrance Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Mount Carmel Cemetery Fund at P.O. Box 90 West Blocton, AL 35184.
Final care and arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to the care of Selma Funeral Home.
