Judith Ann Speegle Hoggle

Judith "Judy" Ann Speegle Hoggle of Demopolis, Alabama, passed peacefully at her home on Monday, February 12, 2024 at the age of 83.

She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on September 1, 1940 as of one of four daughters to the late Orves Jackson Speegle and Lila Lorraine Stone Speegle.

Judy was a former pharmacy tech and affectionately known as the family doctor. 

She leaves behind her loving husband, William E. Hoggle, Sr.; son, William E. Hoggle, Jr and his wife Jana; daughter, Pamela Hoggle Brock; her sisters, Harriet Piper and Norma Calhoun; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Judy is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Janice Sue McCloud. 

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Pineview memory gardens in Valley Grande with Fr. Stephen Hornat officiating. 

There will be no visitation, everyone please meet in the cemetery.

Final care and arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to the Selma Funeral Home of Valley Grande, Alabama.
