Jean Marie Macomb

Jean "Shirley" Marie Macomb of Selma, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Park Place Nursing Home in Selma at the age of 87.

Jean was born on January 16, 1935 in St. John's, Newfoundland to the late James Connolly and the late Jane Walsh Connolly.

She was a former job developer.

She is survived by her daughter, Renee Brown (Vlencon); grandson, Shane Macomb (Amanda); great-grandchildren, Chase Macomb (Alyssa Fredricks) and Kendall Macomb; and siblings, Jim, Cecilia, Joan, Patsy, and Marilyn.

She is preceded in death by her son, Max Oliver Macomb, Jr.; parents, James and Jane Connolly; and a sister, Deloris Roach.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. from the Selma Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
