Jacob Caver

Jacob Allen Caver, age 71, of Selma, AL, passed away August 20, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Edith Caver. Surviving are his wife, Mae F. Caver; children, Allen (Katie) Caver, Jeaneane (Chris) Nichols, Eric Dameron, Brandon Caver, John Murphy, Stephen Murphy, Danny Murphy, Tammy (Mark) Bobo and Michelle (Mark) Manning; brothers, Vasser (Barbara Ann) Caver, Jeff (Kathy) Caver and Larry (Ruby Jo) Caver; grandchildren, Hunter Caver, Chase Caver, Lane Nichols, Tyler Dameron, Isabell Dameron, Dalton Bobo, Nolan Bobo, Rebecca Manning, Sarah Manning and Elizabeth Manning, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Funeral Home Chapel with Travis Barnes officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Pineview Memory Gardens with Selma Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be John Murphy, Stephen Murphy, Danny Murphy, Chris Nichols, Mark Manning and Mark Bobo. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the VFW Selma Post 3016.
