Mrs. Gwendelle "Gwen" Klinner Dooling age 85 of Selma, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster. She was born October 21, 1934 in Chilton County.
She was a Sr. Vice President in the banking industry for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas V. Dooling; son, Thomas F. (Jennifer) Dooling; granddaughter, Leah Dooling; niece, Kerry (Jeff) Bossert; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Carolyn Bell.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Randy deBrabant.
Honorary pallbearers will be the James Bearden Sunday School Class of Valley Grande Baptist Church.
There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Valley Grande Baptist Church.
The family has requested that guests please exercise social distancing.
Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to Selma Funeral Home.
