Geraldine C. Jacobs, age 73, of Plantersville, AL, passed away August 22, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Naomi Chism; husband, John W. Champion, Jr.; brother, Leland Chism and sister, Ruby A. Seales.
Surviving are her husband, Steve Jacobs; children, John W. Champion, III (Brenda), Jerrod Wayne Champion, Jennifer Coats (Jason), Jarrett S. Jacobs (Amanda) and Kelli D. Hall (Randy) and nine grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. William Earl Short and Mr. Douglas Coats officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, August 23, 2019 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Robert Seales, Ronald Seales, Russell Seales, Gene Carter, James Frederick and Jim Jacobs.
