Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Willis Stone, age 75, of Valley Grande, passed away on Monday, January 04, 2021 at Baptist Hospital South in Montgomery.
She was born in Selma on February 12, 1945 to the late J.D. Willis and Bertha Williams Willis.
She was the office manager for New York Life Insurance Company- Gary Burden, Agent here in Selma.
She is survived by her husband, Lewis A. Stone; son, Scott Alan Stone (Michelle Lynn Harris); grandchildren, Morgan Alexis Stone, Ryan Adam Stone, and William Joseph Long, III; siblings, Harold Willis (Wanda), Richard (Gayle) Willis, David (Carolyn) Willis, Judy (Ray) Duncan, Joyce Willis, Dorothy Jones, Linda Staggers, Janice (Don) McConnell, and Martha (Claude) Holbrook; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Bertha Willis; siblings, Peggy Sue Willis and Grace Willis; and brother-in-law, Bobby Jones.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Pineview Memory Gardens with Rev. Kenneth Blake officiating.
There will be no visitation, please meet in the cemetery.
The family respectfully requests that all attendees WEAR A FACE MASK if attending the services and REFRAIN FROM PHYSICAL CONTACT with the family and PRACTICE EXTREME SOCIAL DISTANCING.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northside Baptist Church.
Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to Selma Funeral Home.
