Baby Charlotte Grace Brackin, age 3 months, passed away May 15, 2019.
She is survived by her parents, Michael Brackin and Alanna Thames Brackin; sisters, Kilee-Ann Marie Graham and Sara Eden Brackin; maternal grandparents, George and Tracy Thames; paternal grandparents, James Owen and Leeann Teal; great-maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Bond; great paternal grandparents, Elsie Victor Owen and Robert Owen and her church family.
A memorial service will be Sunday at Crosspoint Church at 3:00 p.m. with David Nichols officiating.
