Velma Singleton

Velma Griggers Singleton, age 91, of Selma, AL, passed away October 14, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dempsey Porter Singleton; parents, Thomas and Mollie Griggers; three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are her son, Don (Mary) Singleton, daughter, June (Nicky) Meadows; grandchildren, Teresa Edwards, Dr. Rob (Meg) Meadows, Amy Singleton and Beth Singleton and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in Magnolia Cemetery in Greenville, AL with Rev. Daniel Martin officiating and Selma Funeral Home directing.
