Rae Howell

Rae Howell, age 63, of Selma, AL, passed away April 8, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Frances, III and Ruth Ann Blevins. Surviving are her cousin, Linda Grier (Russell) Hughes and many special friends who helped her along the way of life.
