Perry Owings

William Perry Owings, age 70, passed away Friday, December 16, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill D. Owings. He is survived by his wife Paula; mother, Lourine Bridges; sister, Debbie (Richard) Downs; stepson, Lyn Prince; three nephews; five nieces; four great nephews and four great nieces. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Valley Grande Baptist Church, with Rev. Clarke Skelton and Rev. Terry Johnson officiating.
