Merilyn Nedley

Merilyn Scroggins Nedley, age 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Harrison and Martha Sue Scroggins. Merilyn is survived by her son, Brennan (Hailey) Nedley and her brother, Michael Scroggins. A visitation will be held Friday, October 2, 2015 from 4-6:00 p.m. at Selma Funeral Home. The family will have a private graveside service at New Live Oak Cemetery. The family would like to thank Vaughan Regional Medical Center, Perry County Nursing Home, and Homestead Hospice for their care, dedication, and compassion shown to Merilyn and her loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Homestead Hospice Hope Foundation, 410 Church Street, Selma, AL 36701.
